How we measure an existing strap

Measure (in millimeters): A, B, Short and Long side of the strap indicated in the diagram below.

A = Lug Width, B = Buckle Width, E = Strap Thickness

Getting fitted for a new strap

Measure (in millimetres): A, B, C and D indicated in the diagram below

A = Lug Width, B = Buckle Width, C = Case Width, D = Wrist Circumference

 

Choosing the correct strap length

Look at the size chart below and choose the correct strap length for your measurements. For example, if my wrist circumference is 150mm and my watch case width is 20mm, then the strap length i should select is 110/70mm. If you are in between sizes, choose the larger size.

Introducing our Italian Natural Buttero Calf Leather Cartier Tank Strap. Skilfully hand stitched and made to order by our team of artisans, the strap is made from the finest Italian Buttero leather, sourced directly from Tannery Conceria Walpier, located in Italy. 

Buttero leather is recognised for its buttery smooth texture. This strap comes in a Natural state which will patina and darken the more it’s worn and exposed to the elements. 

 

Note:

This strap can also accommodate other Cartier models, provided that the lug width matches. To illustrate, the Tank Small strap can be seamlessly used with the Tank Cintree, given its identical 16mm lug width.
